WHAT IS A SLEEP NUMBER® BED?
Unlike traditional mattresses which are made from metal coils and springs, The Sleep Number Bed by Select Comfort™ uses uniquely designed air chambers to provide a gentle cushion of support which can be easily adjusted to your preference for comfort and firmness. In addition, the Sleep Number® bed allows couples to individually adjust each side of the bed to the precise comfort level each partner prefers.

Durable, double reinforced I-beam construction
The patented I-Beam baffled design allows the air chamber to adjust to the sleeper for more natural spinal alignment, while providing durability and strength.

Air Chambers...the heart of the mattress
Made of vulcanized, 24-gauge rubber, our heat-sealed air chambers are bonded with non-stretch cotton to prevent stretching, cracking and leaking.

The Firmness Control™ System
Together, the pump and digital remote control allow you to select your individual comfort level on each side of the bed.

High-density foam perimeter
Providing support for the mattress edges and air chambers, our unique high-density foam makes the edge of the mattress strong enough to sit on, yet resilient enough to bounce back.

Luxurious Pillowtop
For an added layer of luxury, we offer a cloud-like Pillowtop that cradles your body with additional comfort.

High-Quality Fabrics
Sleep Number® beds are made with top-quality fabrics, treated to be antifungal and antimicrobial with the Sanitized® process. Resilient fiberfill quilted into the mattress cover provides extra loft.

The foundation provides a solid and flat base
for consistent support to the entire mattress. The seven wooden slats and two edge-support beams ensure long-lasting stability and strength.
